Nigel Cordes is personal trainer hailing from Hamilton, New Zealand. He has competed in both Powerlifting and Bodybuilding and holds a Canadian national record in the CPL for his 228 kg (501.6 lb) bench press. Nigel has experience working with both competitive athletes and clients who are just looking to improve their general fitness.
Martin is originally from Montreal. He began to be interested in personal training when training for his first bodybuilding show. Friends, observing his progress and results, asked if Martin would help them reach their own health and fitness goals. Discovering his passion for helping others lead healthy, active lifestyles, Martin became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Martin is also certified in level one sport strength and sport balance twist conditioning and has a black belt in karate.
Fargol graduated from UBC Kinesiology and holds a Canfitpro Personal Trainer Certification. She focuses on continual lifelong learning as she works towards enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance, and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.
Nicole Palacios, BSc, is a certified personal trainer and registered kinesiologist. Nicole has been a fitness professional for over 20 years, and loves working with mature clients who are looking for weight loss, lifestyle changes, or need help rehabbing an injury. Nicole has worked with hundreds of people and enjoys helping people get results while also having fun. Her fitness articles and expert advice can be found in multiple publications such as Shape, Women's Running, and Impact. She is excited to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. Nicole works one on one and with small groups.

His training philosophy is to empower his clients to take responsibility for their health, and to not foster a relationship of dependence but one of independence. Pavan Mehat combines his passion for athletics, movement, and exercise with his insatiable desire to learn the science underlying the physiology of the human body. His passion for understanding what makes champions began during high school where he was the MVP for Collingwood's Basketball and Track and Field teams, and was one of the best athletes in the province for both sports respectively. He then continued on his Track and Field career at Boston University, where he got to compete in meets with other world class athletes at Boston University including, Galen Rupp and Asaf Powell.
Jahangir Karami (Jahan) has over 25 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy in Iran and over 7 years of experience as a Physio-Assistant and also as a Practicing Kinesiologist in Canada. Jahan graduated with his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Iran Medical University in Tehran, Iran in 1989 and Master of Physiotherapy from University of Rehabilitation Sciences and Social Welfare in Tehran, Iran in 1994 and he was an active member of Iranian Physiotherapy Association.
Khashayar Karami (Kasha) is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Vancouver Career College. He works at multiple clinics, and his main areas of focus are sports and car accident injuries. He also works with people who are dealing with chronic injuries or concerns. Kasha has always been interested in how the human body works, the relation between each and every muscle, and even organs. He is an active person and loves to practice in different sports like martial arts and soccer, and read in his spare time.
